Four Seasons Scottsdale Review

Happy Friday guys! Today I am excited to talk about our stay at the gorgeous Four Seasons in Scottsdale at Troon North. I always know when I visit a Four Seasons property, the entire experience from check in to check out will be absolutely top-notch. I have always wanted to visit Arizona and our stay at the Four Seasons Scottsdale could not have been a better experience.

KIMONO // SHOES // JEANS (this was taken right outside our casita!)

The Four Seasons Scottsdale resort sits in the most beautiful desert surroundings settled in by the Pinnacle Peak. Luscious landscaping is in all directions and it is a playground for hiking and exploring. The rooms, or as they call them casitas, have more of a villa feel and we loved how spacious they were. The casitas are designed to bring the desert indoors and we found ourselves not wanting to leave. It was beyond relaxing.

Restaurants

Proof

We dined at proof for breakfast and dinner and both did not disappoint. Proof has everything from comfort food like chicken and waffles, to one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. They also have a Soda Jerk bar with homemade ice cream. We loved dining outside so that we could watch the stunning Arizona sunsets.

Talvera

A Spanish steakhouse with beautiful views and even more delicious foods. What I love about Talvera, is that they let the food speak for itself. The food is resourced from the best and does not need bells and whistles to make it taste good. The menu is full of tapas, steaks and delicious seafood like their signature De Mariscos.

Saguaro Blossom

Poolside dining may be one of my favorite ways to dine and Saguaro Blossom at the Four Seasons is up there with the best I have had. We snacked on fish tacos, an incredible burger and guac while relaxing in a poolside cabana. The cocktails were fresh and refreshing too. One word of advise, save room for an ice cream sandwich. 100% worth every single bite!

Onyx Bar and Lounge

Located inside the lobby you can grab a craft cocktail or glass of wine and sit outside by a fire pit to watch the sunset. They also offer small plates for a quick bite too. We loved the relaxed and comforting atmosphere.

In Casita Dining

You guys know, Olivia LOVES her room service. She would eat every meal in the room if she could haha. Breakfast is always her favorite, so we dined in our Casita, outside on our patio for breakfast the first morning in Arizona.  I am still dreaming of Olivia’s pancakes and my avocado toast was scrumptious.  Like I mentioned above, we found ourselves not wanting to leave our casita, so we even dined a second time in our room for dinner and it was equally as delicious.

SPA

It should come at no surprise that the Four Seasons Scottsdale spa is top notch. They offer everything from their signature gold infused scrubs, to guided hikes up pinnacle peak. You can also create your own body butter or essential oil with an onsite Alchemists.

(so many rare flowers were in bloom while we were in town as well! These particular blooms only bloom for one day a year and then die the next day! Really amazing to see!)

ACTIVITIES

KIDS FOR ALL SEASONS

Something I appreciate about Four Season’s properties is that they do not forget about the little ones. If you are looking to book a massage or spend a lunch with your significant other, you can leave our child at the Kids for All seasons where they will spend time with camp counselors doing all sorts of fun activities. The concierge is also happy to help with finding local activities for your to enjoy as well.  The spa also offers services for your kids too!

GOLF

If you have an avid golfer in your family, they will fall in love with the two beautiful courses located nearby the Four Seasons Scottsdale. The four seasons offers many incredible packages you can purchase to ensure you have a 5 star experience while golfing these breathtaking courses.  The Spa even has a special Golf Massage where they use warm golf balls instead of hot stones. Not a single detail is missed out the Four Seasons Scottsdale.

POOL

This is where you could find us everyday during our visit. Dip your toes into the pool to get relief from the Arizona heat and relax in one of their spacious poolside cabanas. They also have an adults only side of the pool as well as a separate children’s pool.

OVERALL

Four seasons launched a new movement, #fstakeyourtime where they are encouraging their guests to take a break from their hectic lives and reconnect with their family and friends.  We found ourselves relaxing more on this trip than we ever have. Honestly, it is always hard for me to turn off work and my mom and I joked that there was something in the air that made us slow down. I chalk it up to the amazing atmosphere of the resort, the stunning views of pinnacle peek and the amazing Four Seasons team. You always feel like your every need is met and all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy. Which is exactly what we did.
