WELL long time no see! I did not plan to take time off from the blog and even had some blog posts pre written, but the exhaustion set in pretty early every night so HI AGAIN! haha. We had such an amazing time in NYC. Drew went with me this season as a lot of my girls did not make it to NYC this year. That being said, it was a different season for sure! This was my 7th time going to NYFW and it was so fun to meet so many amazing new faces this year. I had some of the best conversations with influencers, got to reconnect with some of my favorites that I have not seen in awhile and of course spent a lot of time with my hubby enjoying the city! We missed Olivia SO MUCH! She caught a bad cold while we were gone, so she is staying home with me today and missing preschool. It kinda worked out because she goes 3 days a week and now she gets to go another day when school pictures are! yay!

I can’t wait to share all my looks with you this week and a couple of them I will be sharing a different ways to style the items too! I mentioned before that NYFW is absolutely my favorite time to put outfits together. I feel like I can 100% be myself and think a little outside the box. The outfits are 100% not for everyone and I do tend to splurge on things during this time, but I hope that these looks can act as inspiration for you all. Trends come and go, but being yourself will ALWAYS be in style! DO YOU girl!

My outfits will be a little out of order as I am waiting on a couple from one of my fav photogs, but let’s get started with one of Y’alls! favorites! This ted baker skirt was a huge hit on my instagram. The colorblocking with metallic details is stunning. I paired it with a Balmain T Shirt but any graphic T would work! I brought out the red in the skirt with a moto jacket and then wore my ride or die OTK boots. I had originally planned on wearing THESE booties, but it was kinda cold that day and I wanted a little more coverage.

So I will be blogging EVERY DAY this week! yay! I am excited to get back to my 4-5 days a week blog coverage and I have lots of fun things in store for fall too! Have the best week! xoxo Tara
