Happy Monday! I am back from NYC and we had SO much fun. We had just about every single season of weather while we were there, not joking haha, but we enjoyed every single second of the trip. My outfits may be a bit out of order as I share them, so bare with me!

Today I am sharing one of my favorite outfits and moments from the trip. I have been to NYC numerous times, but I have never been to the Top of the Rock! It was at the top of my list to go see this time around and boy did it not disappoint!

That morning I went to the Taoray Wang show which absolutely blew me away. Her line was full of menswear inspired looks, lush fabrics like velvet and lace, and the outerwear was absolutely dreamy. My favorite look was a full blue velvet flared pant suit. I love that velvet is here to stay for Fall of 2017 and also be looking out for vivid purples and greens too this fall. After the show we headed over to Tibi backstage. I always love seeing the different looks the designers put together for their show.

Later that night we went to see Wicked and it was AHMAZING! It is a new tradition that my mom and I see a broadway show when we go to the city in February. We saw Aladdin last year when we took Olivia and we have already started our must see this for next year.

My dress by Needle and Thread has the most beautiful, intricate detailing. The colors were right up my alley and it could not have fit better. I paired it with a blush pink faux fur trim coat and classic black pumps. This look was me to a T and I can’t wait to wear this dress again soon.

Tomorrow I will be sharing two more of my fashion week looks so be sure to stop by back! xoxo Tara

OMG that dress is so beautiful!

And agreed, Wicked is one of the most fun shows to see-“Dancing through Life” isn’t my favorite song musically, but it’s one of my absolute favorites visually for sure!

Such a gorgeous outfit! The dress is wonderful and the coat pairs beautifully with it. The view from there seems amazing, I’d love to go to NYC so much.
