Mini Skirt...

SKIRT NBD c/o | TOP Lush (love this ) | JACKET similar | BAG Prada (similar style) | BOOTS Ivanka Trump | SUNGLASSES Karen Walker Super Duper (want these) | BRACELETS Rocksbox | Necklace Kendra Scott c/o | RING Bauble Bar c/o | WATCH MK

I have never been one to shy away from color and this skirt from NBD speaks my love language. The color palette is gorgeous and the flounce hem makes you want to dance the night away. I paired it with a purple top and a leather jacket. It would be adorable with a mint top and sandals later this summer. You betcha I will be getting this skirt out again for a date night.

We got hit with another winter storm this weekend so we spent a to of time at home. I am pretty much OVER the cold and 1000% ready for spring. We have a ways to go before the warmer temps come, but a girl can dream right?

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Blush Anorak...

Outfit 1- DRESS (similar, love this) | JACKET Impressions c/o (also love this) | BOOTIES Prima Donna | CLUTCH Clare V | SUNGLASSES Karen Walker | LIPS Mac Captive | WATCH MK | BRACELETS Love Always, Itchelita

Outfit 2- SKIRT J Crew | TOP Old Navy | JACKET Impressions c/o | SHOES Target | BAG Philip Lim | SUNGLASSES Karen Walker

Sharing two outfits today I styled with this gorgeous blush pink jacket from impressions. Layering is one of my favorite things to do, so naturally jackets take up a huge part of my closet. This blush anorak is the perfect transition piece. The Blush tone can be paired with numerous colors and the oversized modern fit makes its an easy piece to wear. I styled it dressed up and dressed down to show the jacket's versatility. It also has a hood that can be easily hidden with the convienient zipped pouch.

Cobalt Coat...

COAT Aryn K (LOVE!) | Top Nordstrom | SKIRT J.O.A (love this) | BOOTS Ivanka Trump (on sale!) | BAG Prada (similar style) | NECKLACE Kendra Scott | SUNGLASSES D&G

How pretty is this cobalt coat? I picked this up for my NYC trip, but I have not stopped wearing it since. It is the perfect length and I love how it drapes in the front. It is surprisingly warm for how lightweight it is, which is an added bonus. I paired it with this pretty green top and a windowpane skirt. I have also worn it with these jeans and this top for a more causal look.

Speaking of NYC, I thought I would share a few of the restaurants we ate at while in town for NYFW.

We went to Peter Lugers the night I wore this look. We had it recommended to us numerous times and it did not disappoint.  I am not a huge steak person, but this was flat out delicious! We got the steak for 3 and it was more than enough for the four of us. We also had the most amazing dessert there. It looked like a typical chocolate sundae, but once you take a bite, there was nothing "typical" about it. Kate and I were embarrassed by how fast we ate it haha! Be sure to make reservations well in advance for this one!

For Valentines day we went to Babbo. I was secretly hoping we would run into Rachel Zoe while we were there, but apparently we missed her by one night because she was there the next day! I know we would have been instant friends ;) I ordered the homemade Bolognese and I still think about how delicious it was. The pasta was incredibly tender and the sauce was the perfect mixture of sweet and spicy. We also tried the grilled octopus which kind of had the consistency of shrimp. If you go here, do not leave without trying the Roasted White Chocolate Cheesecake... it is life changing. Like Lugars, make reservations WELLL in advance for this one.

For lunch one day we went to The Spotted Pig. Drew and I went here a couple years ago and it was one of our favorite spots so we wanted to take Kate and Phillip there.  My favorite menu items are the deviled eggs, the burger and their french fries. It is a really cool laid back atmosphere. It is also really close to Magnolia Bakery if you want to swing by for a cupcake afterwards :)

We went to Beauty and Essex again, which never disappoints. My favorite menu items are the lobster tacos and the Grilled Cheese, Smoked Bacon and Tomato Soup Dumplings. Oh an they serve champagne in the ladies room!

As you can see, we like to eat on trips haha. If you are looking for more recommendations, shoot me an email!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Shades of Grey...

DRESS Lulus c/o (love this and this too) | COAT F21 ($30!) | BOOTS Stuart Weitzman (similar) | NECKLACE Bauble Bar c/o | HANDBAG Chanel (similar style) | SUNGLASSES D&G (love these too) | RING Bauble Bar c/o | BRACELET Sira Mara

Before I left for NYC, I ran into F21 to grab some tights and this adorable coat immediately caught my eye. I was instantly impressed with the quality and fell in love with the oversized fit. It just went on sale for $30 which is even more of a steal. I paired it with my favorite off the shoulder grey fit and flare dress and my over the knee boots. It is also perfect with a black tunic and leather leggings.

We spent the entire weekend relaxing and resting which was much needed. We are all finally 100% well, thank goodness! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend too!

Thank you for stopping by!
